I suppose that there are active members, after all, comments section is pretty active, but these are either old users or new ones that do not mind the fact that the site is not active because they'll have only one month worth of membership and they can't run out of material in that time.

-Adds in members area
This is also a big con for Tug Express as far as I'm concerned, the third party adds are all over the place, and most of the time they stick out like a sore thumb, just asking to be clicked. They are distracting, unnecessary, annoying and some other mean words.

Conclusion

If the site was active and if it had bigger scene archive, then I would have recommended it to people, like it is there are very few scenes and only people that want one month worth of membership top would have enough material to enjoy it. Of course, there's network content, but network sites too are mostly on hiatus. If you do not mind average quality and lack of updates, by all means, join up, but there are other solutions in same price range that might be considered better.
